Director/Trainer/Coach of R&D Education and Training Services

Josephine is a passionate advocate for human-centric leadership, driven by a lifelong commitment to make a difference, serve her family with purpose, and spread care, kindness, and respect to all.

Her leadership philosophy is rooted in AIR—Authenticity, Inspiration, and Relevance—principles she believes are as essential as the air we breathe.

As a breast cancer survivor and bereaved mother, Josephine has transformed her pain into purpose, allowing these deeply personal experiences to shape her compassion, resilience, and empathy. Through these journeys, she has learned to touch her own heart—and in doing so, connect meaningfully with the hearts of others.

With over 30 years of diverse experience, Josephine has built a rich and multi-industry career spanning education, sales, marketing, business communications, business and brand acquisition, corporate branding, personal branding and image, career coaching and development, internship and traineeship guidance, mentoring and training, retail, customer service, customer recovery, after-sales service, financial services, real estate, leisure and tourism, fitness and health, animal advocacy, social services, non-profits, public relations, fundraising, corporate affairs, membership and loyalty programmes, events, and sponsorships.

She is the founder of R&D Education and Training Services, a company dedicated to helping individuals, families, schools, niche groups and organizations become better today for tomorrow, especially in a fast-changing world shaped by technology and complexity.

Josephine continues to champion the value of connection through uplifting, insightful, and intriguing conversations, creating safe spaces for personal and professional growth.

She believes deeply in empowering others and remains hopeful in the rising generation of leaders, committed to leaving the world better than she found it—for them, and because of them.
